Frequently asked questions

Still have questions? Our travel-document team answers by email and phone.
What is an arrival card?

An arrival card (also called an entry declaration, ED card or eTravel pass) is a form every traveller submits to a country’s immigration or customs authority before or on arrival. It is not a visa and does not replace one: you need it even if your passport is visa-free.

Do I need an arrival card for my trip?

Choose your passport and destination in the search at the top of this page. The destination page shows whether the card applies to you, its price and how long it takes.

How long does it take?

Most arrival cards are confirmed within hours; each destination page shows the usual processing time. Complete it a few days before you travel to be safe.

Is Arrival Card Hub a government website?

No. Arrival Card Hub is a private service operated by Passporta. We charge a service fee for preparing, checking and submitting your arrival card. You can also complete it yourself for free on the official government portal.

How will I receive my arrival card?

Your confirmation is sent to your email address, usually as a PDF with a QR code. Keep it on your phone or print it and show it with the passport you entered in the form.
